About us

vibrator.toys is a trading name of BH Commerce Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom. You can contact us at hello@vibrator.toys.

For adults only

Our products are intended for adults. By placing an order you confirm that you are 18 or over. We may cancel any order where we reasonably believe this is not the case.

Your order

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming we have received it. A contract between you and us is formed when we email to confirm your order has been dispatched. We may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock or a price was clearly shown in error; if so, we will tell you and refund any payment in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken securely by Stripe when you place your order, and will appear on your statement as BH Commerce Ltd.

Delivery

We deliver to UK addresses only. Free tracked delivery applies to every order, with optional faster services at checkout. Delivery times are estimates except where a service is guaranteed. See our shipping page for details. All orders are sent in plain, unbranded packaging, as described on our discreet by default page.

Cancellations and returns

You have a 14-day right to cancel most orders under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Because our products are intimate items, they can only be returned under this right if they are unopened and sealed. Faulty items are always covered under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Full details are in our returns policy.

Using our products

Please read and follow the care and charging instructions supplied with your product and on our materials and cleaning page. Our guides offer general information only and are not medical advice; if you have any health concerns, please speak to your GP.

Warranty and liability

Every product comes with a 12-month warranty against faults, in addition to your legal rights. We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms, but not for losses that were not foreseeable. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

Privacy

We handle your personal data as described in our privacy policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
