Your parcel and bank statement show BH Commerce Ltd, never vibrator.toys or what's inside. The name on your bank or card statement is BH Commerce Ltd, and refunds show the same way.

The sender name on the label is BH Commerce, our company name. vibrator.toys does not appear anywhere on the parcel.

Most single orders are slim enough to fit through a standard letterbox. Larger orders and gift sets may be left in your chosen safe place, or held for you to collect at a local Post Office.

Yes, within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is unopened and still sealed. For hygiene reasons, intimate products cannot be returned once opened, unless they are faulty. See our returns policy.

You are always covered. Email us and we will send a prepaid label, then repair, replace or refund it. Every product has a 12-month warranty.

Several of our toys are supplier-rated at 50 decibels or under, which is quieter than normal conversation. The quietest include the Bijou Classic Bullet and the Duet Dual Massage Wand, rated at 50 dB or less and under 50 dB respectively. Water-based lube is compatible with every toy we sell. Silicone-based lube can damage some silicone toys, so patch-test first or stick to water-based. See lube and compatibility.

Yes. Our toys are made from body-safe, non-porous materials such as ABS and silicone. Each product page lists its material. See materials and cleaning.

Wash with warm water and a mild, unscented soap or toy cleaner, rinse, pat dry and let it air-dry before storing. Check the water rating first. Our cleaning guide has the steps.
