We believe buying something for your own pleasure should feel as easy and as private as buying a candle. So discretion is not an add-on you have to tick at checkout. It is how every single vibrator.toys order is packed, posted, billed and emailed, at no extra cost.

Your parcel and bank statement show BH Commerce Ltd, never vibrator.toys or what's inside.

What arrives at your door

Your order arrives in a plain, sturdy, unbranded box or padded mailer. There is no logo, no tissue-paper peeking through, no pictures and nothing printed on the outside that hints at what is inside.

• No brand name on the outside. vibrator.toys does not appear anywhere on the parcel.
• No product names on the label. The shipping label carries only your name, your address and the Royal Mail tracking details.
• A neutral sender name. The sender on the label reads BH Commerce, our company name, which could be anything at all.
• Letterbox-friendly where possible. Most single orders are slim enough for Royal Mail to post through your door, so there is often no knock and no conversation.

Inside, your toy sits in its own box, ready to open in your own time.

What appears on your bank statement

When you pay, your bank or card statement shows BH Commerce Ltd. Not our shop name, not a product name: just our plain company name. The same applies to Apple Pay, Google Pay and card payments, which are all processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

What lands in your inbox

Our emails are written to be just as discreet. Subject lines are plain ("Your order is confirmed", "Your parcel is on its way"), and nothing in a notification preview will tell anyone glancing at your phone what you ordered. We only email you about your order unless you choose to hear from us about anything else, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Free tracked UK delivery

Every order ships from the UK by Royal Mail, with free Tracked 48 delivery on every order and no minimum spend. If you would like it sooner, you can choose Tracked 24 or Special Delivery at checkout. Full details are on our shipping page.

Tracking means you can see exactly when your parcel will arrive, so it never has to wait with a neighbour unless you want it to. If you would prefer to collect it, Royal Mail lets you redirect a tracked parcel to a local Post Office or Customer Service Point.

Your data stays yours
