Every order arrives in plain, unbranded packaging with no product names or pictures on the label. Your parcel shows "BH Commerce" as the sender and your bank statement shows "BH Commerce Ltd", never vibrator.toys or what's inside. Delivery is free and tracked to any UK address on every order, with no minimum spend, and most orders ship from the UK. If you have a question, our UK-based customer care team is always happy to help.
