vibrator.toys is a UK online shop for beautifully made vibrators, run by BH Commerce Ltd, a company registered in the UK. We started with a simple idea: buying something for your own pleasure should feel as easy, private and pleasant as buying anything else you love. This page explains who we are, how we choose what we sell and what you can expect from us.

What do we sell?

We focus on small, well-made vibrators: classic bullets, discreet lipstick-style designs, palm-sized rechargeables and compact massagers. Our catalogue is deliberately small. We would rather stock a handful of toys we can describe honestly than hundreds we know little about. Ranges and products will grow over time, but the standards below stay the same. How do we choose our products?

Every product has to meet four standards before we list it:

• Body-safe materials. We choose non-porous materials such as body-safe silicone and ABS, which are easy to clean and phthalate-free. Our materials and cleaning page explains why that matters.
• Real, published specifications. Size, settings, water rating and charging are listed on every product page. If a figure has not been confirmed by our supplier, we leave it off rather than guess, and add it once we have checked it.
• Quiet, considered design. We favour toys that are quiet, simple to use and pleasant to hold.
• Discretion. Designs that are easy to store and travel with, and packaging that never gives anything away.

How discreet is your delivery?

Completely. Every order ships from the UK in plain, unbranded packaging with no product names on the label. Your parcel and bank statement show BH Commerce Ltd, never vibrator.toys or what's inside. What if something goes wrong?

We put it right. You have a 14-day right to cancel for unopened, sealed items, and faulty items are always covered, opened or not, under your Consumer Rights Act 2015 rights. Our returns policy explains everything in plain language.
