Delivery options and tracking

Waiting for a parcel is part of the fun, but it helps to know when it will arrive and that it will arrive discreetly. Here is everything about how we deliver, how long it takes and how to keep track of your order.

What are the UK delivery options?

We deliver to addresses across the UK, and every order travels with Royal Mail. Delivery is free and tracked on every order, with no minimum spend. Most orders ship from the UK, and every parcel arrives in plain, unbranded packaging with the neutral sender name "BH Commerce Ltd".

At checkout you can choose from three options:

Free Tracked 48 is selected by default. Delivery times are counted from when your order is dispatched and are estimates, except for Special Delivery, which Royal Mail guarantees by 1pm the next working day.

We currently deliver to UK addresses only, including Northern Ireland, the Highlands and the islands. Some remote areas may take a little longer.

When will your order be dispatched?

We aim to dispatch most orders within 1 to 2 working days, and orders placed at weekends or on bank holidays are picked up on the next working day. These are estimates rather than promises: very busy periods, such as the run-up to Christmas or Valentine's Day, can add a day or so. If you need something by a particular date, order early, and choose a faster option at checkout; Special Delivery is the safest choice.

How do you track your parcel?

Every order is tracked. Once your parcel is on its way, we will email you a tracking number and a link so you can follow it on the Royal Mail website or app. Our emails use plain subject lines that do not mention products, so even a notification preview on your phone stays private.

Royal Mail will usually update you on the day of delivery, and you may be able to choose a safe place or redirect the parcel to a local Post Office if you will be out. Because the outer packaging is plain, it will not draw attention wherever it waits.

What happens if you are not in?

If nobody is home, Royal Mail will usually try to leave your parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour, or leave a card explaining how to collect or rearrange delivery. Tracked 48 and Tracked 24 parcels can usually go through the letterbox if they are small enough. Special Delivery always needs a signature.

Something not right?

If your parcel is running late, the tracking information is the quickest way to see where it is. If it seems stuck or has not arrived within a few working days of the estimate, please contact our UK-based customer care team at hello@vibrator.toys with your order number and we will look into it with Royal Mail. If anything arrives damaged or faulty, we will put it right. Our returns policy has the details.
