What our discreet packaging looks like

One of the most common questions we hear is simply, "What will the parcel look like?" It is a fair question, and the honest answer is: completely ordinary. Here is exactly what to expect, so there are no surprises on the doorstep.

What does the parcel look like?

Your parcel and bank statement show BH Commerce Ltd, never vibrator.toys or what's inside.

Every vibrator.toys order is sent in discreet packaging as standard. That means:

• A plain outer box or mailer in a neutral colour, with no brand logo, no slogan and no pictures.
• No product names or descriptions anywhere on the label or the outside of the parcel.
• A neutral sender name. The sender on the Royal Mail label is our company name, "BH Commerce", never vibrator.toys, which gives nothing away.
• Nothing see-through. Products are never visible through the packaging.

To a neighbour, a housemate or the person on the post desk at work, it looks like any other online order. Free tracked UK delivery comes as standard on every order, and most orders ship from the UK.

What is inside the parcel?

Once you open the outer packaging, you will find your order protected and neatly packed. Some products come in their own presentation box, which may show the product name or an image, so it is worth knowing that if someone else might open the parcel for you.

Some of our designs are discreet in themselves, too. The Rouge Lipstick Bullet, for example, looks just like a lipstick, so it sits naturally in a make-up bag. The Bijou Classic Bullet is a slim, featherlight classic, and the palm-sized Lune Rechargeable Mini Bullet slips easily into a wash bag.

Built to protect, not to impress

Plain does not mean flimsy. Each order is packed snugly so it arrives in perfect condition, and toys are sealed for hygiene before they leave us. Smaller orders often fit a padded mailer that slips through most letterboxes, which means fewer missed deliveries and no awkward trips to the sorting office. Larger orders and gift sets travel in a sturdy plain box.

Will any paperwork name the products?

We do not include printed marketing leaflets or invoices that list products by name on the outside of the parcel. Your order details are available in your confirmation email, which also uses a plain, neutral subject line.

How can you keep a delivery even more private?

A few simple ideas if you would like to be even more discreet:

• Choose a delivery address that suits you. Some people prefer to have parcels sent to work or to a trusted friend. Because the packaging is plain, it will not draw attention.
• Use tracking. Every order is tracked, so you can keep an eye on when it is due. See delivery and tracking.
• Pick a delivery option that fits your day. If you would rather be at home when it arrives, a faster or guaranteed service may suit you better.
• Keep the outer box for storage. A plain box makes a tidy, unremarkable place to keep things. Our storage guide has more ideas.

How do you send something back discreetly?

If you ever need to return an item, you can reuse the plain outer packaging or any unbranded box. We will never ask you to write product names on the outside. Please note that, for hygiene reasons, intimate products can only be returned under the right to cancel if they are unopened and still sealed, while faulty items are always covered.
